City Scape Rehabilitation and Care Center in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. You will provide rehabilitative therapy to residents, following regulatory and clinical practice guidelines, and document progress in the patient record.
This role reports to the Director of Rehabilitation Services and supports ADL and cognitive functioning goals.

Job Type: Full Time, Part-time, PRN
Pay Range: $33-45 hr - Depend on experience
The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant is responsible for providing rehabilitative therapy to patients upon referral for cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders following all regulatory and clinical practice requirements. This includes recovery, improvement in function and when possible, a return to a prior level of functioning. Clinical documentation will describe objective measures and justification for continued or discontinued services.
This position reports to the Director of Rehabilitation Services.
