Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides routine personal care to patients in a timely, safe and effective manner.
• Care may include bathing, shaving, brushing teeth, dressing patients and attending to personal care needs.
• Prepares patients for meals, feeds and assists with feeding as necessary.
• Transfers patients using appropriate lifts and methods.
• Takes vital signs and records information.
• Assists patients in walking and transporting them as needed.
