Job summary

Piedmont Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Greensboro, NC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing facility family. We offer a sign-on bonus, daily pay access, and a supportive, resident-centered environment aligned with Alliance Health Group values.

As a CNA, you will assist with daily activities, monitor residents, and communicate with families while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from NC.
• Current / active CPR certification, preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' needs including bathing, feeding, dressing and ambulating.
• Take and record vital signs and assist with lifting and transfers.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse management.
• Communicate respectfully with residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
• Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.

Duties:

• Tend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Responsible for taking and recording patient vital signs lifting, moving and transporting residents, using proper body mechanics.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse management. Asking appropriate questions to clarify situations.
• Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with the residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
• Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.

Requirements:

• Willingness to make a difference!
