Tradewater Health and Rehab is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to provide exceptional care to our residents. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with day, night, and Baylor weekend shifts in a supportive healthcare environment.

Join our caring team to help residents with ADLs, monitor health, and participate in a collaborative care setting where training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous long-term care or healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Accurately document care provided.
