Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care in Wasatch Back is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide one-on-one in-home care for patients in Heber City and surrounding communities. This role involves travel to Park City, Coalville, and Kamas as needed, delivering compassionate support in the patients' homes.

You’ll assist with daily living activities, monitor patient condition, and collaborate with RNs to follow care plans.
