Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services in Utah is seeking caregivers to provide in-home care on a part-time or full-time basis. You will assist with daily activities, maintain patient comfort, and document changes for the case manager.

A valid CNA license, CPR certification, and driver’s license are required, with home visits a core part of the role. We offer weekly pay, comprehensive health options, and a supportive environment as you help valued patients stay safe at home.

Qualifications

• Active CNA licensure in Utah or obtaining within 30 days.
• Active CPR Certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist patients with mobility.
• Current driver’s license and ability to drive to patient homes.
• Experience in Home Health preferred.
• Familiarity with KanTime Mobile / EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily routine care including bathing, feeding, and mobility.
• Maintain a clean environment for patients.
• Chart and document patient status and report changes to the case manager.

Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time Hours Available!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily routine care including bathing, feeding and mobility
• Providing a clean environment for the patients
• Charting and documentation of patient status, alongside reporting of changes to case manager

Requirements

• Active CNA licensure within the state of Utah or obtaining license within next 30 days
• Active CPR Certification
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assistant patients with mobility
• current driver's license and the ability to drive to and access a patient's home without an assistive device
• Experience working in Home Health preferred
• Previous experience with KanTime Mobile / previous knowledge of electronic medical record systems
