Qualifications

• Completed an approved Nursing Assistant training program.
• Current Nursing Assistant (CNA) license/certification from the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and daily care.
• Document patient care according to individual care plans.
• Monitor and document nutritional intake, vitals, and routines.
• Support therapies and encourage wellbeing and engagement.
• Observe changes and report to the nursing team promptly.
