Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Surgical Telemetry Unit at Baptist Beaches in Jacksonville Beach, FL. This full-time Day shift (7:00am–7:00pm) offers 36 hours per week and focuses on direct patient care, safety, and EMR documentation.

Responsibilities include assisting RNs, managing daily living activities, and maintaining a safe environment on the unit. BLS and CNA licensure are required, with HS diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA certification and BLS required.
• No prior experience required.
• HSD/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.

• Collect lab specimens as needed.
• Monitor intake and output.

Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Certified Nursing Assistant in our Surgical Telemetry Unit at Baptist Beaches. This is a Full-Time Days opportunity with a commitment of 36 hours per week. Shifts will be 12 hours each from 7:00am to 7:00pm. The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Registered Nurse (RN) with the care of patients who have healthcare needs.

Certified Nursing Assistant Job Responsibilities:

• - Patient activities of daily living
