Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support the Surgical Telemetry Unit at Baptist Beaches. This full-time Day shift (12 hours, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm) offers opportunities to assist the RN with patient care and maintain a safe environment.

Responsibilities include activities of daily living, intake/output monitoring, EMR documentation, and other duties as assigned.

Competenze

• BLS certification required.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (LCNA) required.
• Experience in a health care setting preferred.
• HSD/GED preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist RN with patient care in the Surgical Telemetry Unit.
• Support activities of daily living for patients.
• Maintain a safe patient environment.
• Monitor intake and output.
• Document in the EMR; perform other duties as assigned.

Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Certified Nursing Assistant in our Surgical Telemetry Unit at Baptist Beaches. This is a Full-Time Days opportunity with a commitment of 36 hours per week. Shifts will be 12 hours each from 7:00am to 7:00pm. The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Registered Nurse (RN) with the care of patients who have healthcare needs.

Certified Nursing Assistant Job Responsibilities:

Patient activities of daily living

Maintaining a safe environment for patients

Intake and output monitoring

Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education:

None required

HSD/GED Preferred

Licenses and Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) Required

Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant Required
