Job summary

Baptist Beaches Medical Center is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Surgical Telemetry Unit. This full-time day position offers a 36-hour work week with 12-hour shifts from 7:00am to 7:00pm at Baptist Beaches in Jacksonville Beach, FL.

The CNA will assist the Registered Nurse with patient care, maintain safety, collect lab specimens, monitor intake/output, and document in the EMR. BLS and active CNA license are preferred/required.

Qualifications

• Assist RN with patient care and activities of daily living.
• Maintain a safe environment and assist with specimen collection.
• Document patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• BLS certification preferred; active CNA license required.

This is a Full-Time Days opportunity with a commitment of 36 hours per week. Shifts will be 12 hours each from 7:00am to 7:00pm.

The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Registered Nurse (RN) with the care of patients who have healthcare needs.
