Job summary

Eagle Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and dignity, ensuring comfort and safety.

You will collaborate with nurses and an interdisciplinary team, document changes, and uphold a respectful, patient-focused environment while delivering high-quality care.

Starting pay ranges from $16.80 to $18.35 per hour with shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends, plus benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Georgia) or eligible.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members
