Job summary

Chelsey Park Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our nonprofit, mission-driven team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and work with nurses to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care

• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members
