Job summary

Harrington Park Health & Rehab in Augusta, GA is hiring part-time CNAs to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with daily living support for residents. Starting pay ranges from $17.63 to $18.68 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends, and weekly pay.

As a CNA you’ll assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and transfers, while reporting changes to the nursing team. Join a mission-driven, non-profit organization that values respect and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Georgia or eligible to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
