Job summary

Live Oak Rehabilitation Center in San Gabriel, CA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our nursing team. The role provides personal care under RN supervision, assisting residents with daily living activities and promoting a best-in-class resident experience.

We require active CNA certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, full COVID-19 vaccination including boosters, and the ability to read, write, and speak English.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification with a successful completion of a CNA program.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including Booster(s).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care for the residents under the supervision of a licensed and/or registered nurse.
• Such care includes assistance with the activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, recreational activities, and outings.
• Organizational skills are required to keep the unit running smoothly.
• Other duties as assigned.
