Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and feeding.

• Assist with ambulation, transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weights, and input/output.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Protect resident privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Follow all company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Participate in ongoing education and training.
