In this role, the Certified Nursing Assistant will:

1. Report directly to the nurse manager and may also take direction from licensed nurses on duty or other supervisory staff.
2. Provide direct care to residents daily.
3. Assist with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
4. Assist residents with basic personal care according to procedures and daily assignments, including bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toileting, grooming, feeding, and transferring.
5. Maintain resident rooms in a clean and orderly manner, including changing linens, making beds, tidying, and cleaning bathrooms.
6. Assist with resident laundry, ensuring clothes are marked, clean, mended, ironed, and stored properly; notify supervisors of clothing needs.
7. Prepare residents for meals, assist with serving, and feeding as needed.
8. May be cross-trained in Assisted Living.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Completion and passing of an approved Nursing Assistant program in the state.
3. Listing on the state's Health Nursing Assistant Registry.

Compensation Pay Range: $15.05 - $18.22

Reasonable Pay Estimate: The pay range for this position is estimated at $15.05 - $18.22, with actual pay determined by qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and internal/external considerations.
