Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our leading hospice care team.

You will provide personal healthcare and related services to patients in their homes or care settings, listening, caring, and serving under the direction of a registered nurse. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, clean environment, working with patients and families, and reporting observations to the supervising RN.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Has completed Nurse aide training/competency program and is listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or meets state licensure requirements.
• Must have CNA license.
• Must have current driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services to patients in their place of residence under RN supervision.
• Work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations with the supervisor.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean environment and report concerns promptly to the RN.

We are looking for a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant CNA to join our leading team of hospice care professionals and make a difference, by listening, caring, and serving.

POSITION SUMMARY: Primary function is to provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence; to assist in providing a safe and clean environment, work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations and problems with the supervisor. Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma Preferred
• Has successfully completed Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or State Licensure program that meets requirements
• Must have CNA license
• Must have current driver's
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
