Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care under RN supervision in home or facility settings. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, and help maintain a safe, clean environment to support comfort and dignity.

Qualifications include completion of state-approved nurse aide training, an active CNA license, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Completion of state-approved nurse aide training and listed in good standing.
• Must have CNA license.
• Must have current driver's license.
• At least one year experience as Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Reliable transportation and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services in the patient’s residence.
• Assist in creating a safe, clean environment and communicate observations to the supervisor.
• Work under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

We are looking for a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant CNA to join our leading team of hospice care professionals and make a difference, by listening, caring, and serving.

POSITION SUMMARY: Primary function is to provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence; to assist in providing a safe and clean environment, work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations and problems with the supervisor. Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma Preferred
• Has successfully completed Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or State Licensure program that meets requirements
• Must have CNA license
• Must have current driver's
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
