Job summary

UF Health in Leesburg is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support patients in the Operating Rooms Main team. Under the supervision of RNs, you will assist with activities of daily living and help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable perioperative environment.

This full-time role offers four 10-hour day shifts (Monday through Friday with weekend on-call) and requires a Florida CNA license and BLS.

Qualifications

• Post-high school specialized training is required.
• Valid Florida CNA license is required.
• BLS certification is required.

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Unit Director and direct supervision of the Charge RN and/or Staff RN, the Certified Nursing Assistant facilitates patient care through assistance with activities of daily living and helps provide a clean, comfortable and safe care environment.
