UF Health in Leesburg is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on patient care on the CFH Surgical Unit. You will support with basic nursing tasks, comfort measures, and help maintain a safe, clean environment for recovery.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, and BLS certification; a Florida CNA license is preferred. Schedule is Day Shift, full-time (36 hours/week), with English language proficiency essential.

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Director/Manager and RNs, the Nursing Assistant facilitates patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, assisting with patient comfort measures and helping maintain a clean, safe and organized care environment.
