Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid, unencumbered CNA certification in the state of practice.

Aufgaben

• Provides quality nursing care to Guests while promoting their rights, dignity and freedom of choice.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitor vital signs, perform routine tasks, and document care in medical records.
• Support the care planning process by communicating Guest needs and observations to supervisors.
• Assist with new admissions, re-admissions, and transfers within the facility.
