Job summary

Avantara Lincoln Park is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high‑quality nursing care to Guests in a vibrant Chicago neighborhood. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and support care plans under supervision.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, timely documentation, and collaboration with the nursing team to ensure safety and comfort for each Guest. Training and growth opportunities are available in a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CNA certification in the state of practice.
• CPR certification where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care in an environment that respects Guest rights and dignity.
• Assist Guests with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the floor nurse.
• Assist with admissions, readmissions and transfers within the facility.
• Maintain accurate medical records while ensuring confidentiality.
