Avantara Libertyville, a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Libertyville, IL, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join a compassionate, supportive team. You will deliver high-quality daily care, assist residents with ADLs, and help maintain a safe and respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Requires unencumbered Illinois CNA certification or completion certificate.
• Prior CNA experience preferred; we will invest in right candidate.
• Willing to undergo training as needed and maintain patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Support care team with daily tasks and documentation.
