Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Active CNA certification in the state.
- CPR certification where required.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to Guests honoring their rights and dignity.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding.
- Monitor vital signs and assist with wound care per care plans.
- Support care planning with observations and report changes.
- Assist with admissions and transfers between rooms.
- Communicate effectively with Guests, families, and staff.
