Tradewater Health and Rehab is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to provide exceptional care to our residents. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN options with Day/Night/Baylor weekend shifts in a locally owned nursing home setting.

Join our caring team and help residents with ADLs, monitor health changes, and support nursing staff. We value teamwork, reliability, and a patient-centered approach to care.

Formación

• Current CNA certification in the state of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Accurately document care provided.
