Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a growing, team-oriented skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. You will assist residents with ADLs, provide compassionate hands-on care, and maintain a clean, comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in good standing on State Registry.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents.
• Answer call lights promptly and assist with needs.
• Keep residents clean, dry, and comfortable (clothing, linens, bedding).
• Make beds (occupied/unoccupied) and maintain a clean environment.
• Assist with positioning and mobility including use of adaptive equipment.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and nursing staff.
• Participate in shift reports and follow direction from licensed nurses.
• Ensure all care is delivered with dignity and respect.
