This role involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health changes, taking vital signs, and supporting the nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care.

Formación

• Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Accurately document care provided.
