Job summary

Aspen Meadows Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide direct resident care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. You will promote comfort, dignity and independence while supporting residents and the care team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CNA Certification in MT is required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care while promoting comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene.
• Assist residents with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed.
• Transport residents safely using wheelchairs and mobility equipment.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and mobility support.
• Turn and reposition residents to promote comfort and prevent skin breakdown.
• Obtain and record vital signs, weights, intake and output, and other resident information.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
• Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members.

CNA Responsibilities
