Qualifications

• Completion of the NAI program is required.
• Must be listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I; NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions within 3 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Report changes in status to the Charge Nurse.
• Assist Assisted Living residents as scheduled and document as needed.

What We Offer

Provides and documents assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

Assisted Living units only: Responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living as scheduled and reporting any change in status to the Charge Nurse.

What We're Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Experience:
  • One year preferred.
  • One year Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required.
• Licensure/Certification:
  • Completion of NAI program, required.
  • Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.
  • Medication Safety - AME, required.
  • NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
• Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation.
