Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide pediatric resident care in a supportive, team-based environment in Groton, MA.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring resident conditions, documenting care, and supporting mobility and ROM exercises. The role requires lifting and physical activity, with a schedule of days 6:30AM-3:00PM and weekend/holiday rotation, and a pay range of $26.00–$27.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Patient care skills including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding.
• Ability to document clearly and accurately.

What You'll Do

• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Ensure safety and comfort by maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Support residents with physical activities, such as ROM exercises and mobility assistance.
• Accurately document care provided and observations.
