The Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with disabilities in daily activities, including dining, personal care, and mobility support. You will implement engaging programs and track progress while collaborating with a clinical team to tailor behavior plans.

Responsibilities

• Support Personal Care Needs: Assist individuals with dining, toileting, and transfers, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Implement Engaging Programs: Develop and lead individual and group activities that promote skill development, independence, and community integration.
• Collaborate on Behavior Plans: Work with the clinical team to create and implement behavior management strategies tailored to each individual.
• Facilitate Transportation: Assist with transporting participants to various activities and appointments as needed.
• Evaluate and Document Progress: Conduct satisfaction surveys, document participant progress, and ensure compliance with ISPs.

Job description

Pay:

$20.50/hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30am-3:30pm
