Brighton Hospice in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver attentive hospice care under nursing leadership, aligned with individualized care plans. You will collaborate with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers and aides, travel as needed, and uphold infection-control and safety guidelines.

The role supports patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life on a dedicated care team.

Formación

• Compassionate and committed to improving patients’ quality of life.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains, Volunteers, and Aide Leadership
• Comfortable working one-on-one with patients while being supported by a dedicated care team
• Able to work independently and manage daily responsibilities
• Willingness to travel with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
• Current CNA certification in Wisconsin

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) works under the direction of the nursing leadership team to provide compassionate care to assigned hospice patients in accordance with their assessments and individualized care plans. The CNA Collaborates with the hospice care team to meet patient needs, promote comfort and dignity, and report changes in condition. The CNA follows all Company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and infection-control practices.
