BAYADA Home Health Care

Currently seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA for a Per Diem opportunity to complete home care visits to clients throughout Calvert County. As a CNA, you will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team providing home health aide, skilled nursing, and rehabilitative care, enabling clients to remain at home.

This position is 2 to 3 days a week.

Home Health Aide Requirements:

• At least one year of work experience as a Home Health Aide.

• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
• Criminal background check and all state requirements met.
• Enjoy caring for others and working within a values-driven company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Activities of daily living, light housekeeping, bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, and range of motion exercises.
• Transfers using mechanical lifting devices, oral feeding, vital sign checks, and home management tasks like laundry and meal prep.
• Assisting with ambulation and medication assistance.
