Job summary

MUSC Health at Home by BAYADA is seeking a Full Time Home Health Aide (CNA) to provide in-home skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in the Charleston, SC area. You’ll visit 5–6 patients daily, assist with activities of daily living, vital signs and coordination with a multidisciplinary health care team.

Qualifications

• Must be listed on the SC Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Have at least one year of work experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
• Criminal background check completed.
• Meet all state requirements.

Job description

MUSC Health at Home by BAYADA has an immediate opening for a Full Time Home Health Aide (CNA) to provide home health visits for our MUSC Health at Home by BAYADA Office in Charleston, SC.

This position requires reliable transportation to see 5-6 patients a day in their home setting.

As a home health care CNA, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

A Home Health Aide / Certified Nurse Aide must:

• Have at least one year of work experience
• Must be listed on the SC Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Have a criminal background check completed
• Meet all state requirements
