Role Overview

Our CNAs provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan, through kindness, gentleness, friendliness, professionalism, and respect for dignity and privacy.

What We Offer

  • Competitive wages $18.00 - $25.00 per hr DOE
  • $2,000 Sign on Bonus for full-time positions only (paid out in increments)

  • Full-Time NOC and PRN shifts available

Responsibilities

  • Provide great resident care and support with daily activities of living (ADLs) and personal hygiene
  • Answer patient call lights and determine how to best help them
  • Ensure residents receive an appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences
  • Record vital signs as requested by staff
  • Immediately notify the nurse in charge of resident changes in condition

Qualifications

  • Current CNA certificate
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
  • A love for seniors
