Signature HealthCARE's Ridgely Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents. You will support daily living activities, monitor residents, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment under licensed supervision.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) within the scope of practice as defined by state regulation and resident’s plan of care.
• Change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies in resident room.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices and body mechanics.
• Record resident vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information.
• Routinely turn and position residents as necessary.
• Recognize and support resident rights and choices within the care environment.
• Maintain housekeeping standards within assigned duty areas.
• Promptly answer call lights and assist with resident needs.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff, as requested.
• Other special projects and duties as assigned.
