Job summary

Riverside Rehabilitation Hospital in Yorktown, VA is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time night shifts. You will support inpatient rehabilitation patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and document care needs to help our team deliver outstanding patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3+ years of related experience.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs, height, weight, and demographic data.
• Assist patients with personal and daily care (bathing, oral hygiene, shaving, hair care).
• Deliver meals and snacks or feed patients who cannot feed themselves; document oral intake.
• Turn and position immobile patients safely; assist in mobility program.
• Transport patients to designated areas (treatment centers, etc.).

Minimum Qualifications
