Job summary

Heritage Oaks seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our night shift team. You will provide patient-centered care, assist with activities of daily living, and support residents with dignity throughout the night and into the early morning.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Georgia or eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence in care are required.
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning; monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
