Job summary

Heritage Oaks in Georgia is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and to provide caring, dignified assistance within a close-knit team.

Starting pay is $16.80 to $18.35 per hour with evenings, nights and weekends shift differentials, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Georgia or eligibility.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
