Job summary

Four County Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time night shift (7p-7a) in Georgia. Starting pay ranges from $15.75 to $18.15 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

You will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, assist residents with daily activities, and collaborate with nurses and the care team. We offer weekly pay, strong benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Georgia or eligible
• Ability to provide patient-centered, respectful care
• Strong teamwork and communication with nurses and staff

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families and team members
