Job summary

Montezuma Health & Rehab in Montezuma, GA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our devoted team. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents, assisting with daily living activities and supporting mobility and transfers.

We offer competitive wages from $15.75 to $18.15 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, plus benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) with matched contributions.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Georgia or eligible.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care for residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning; monitor and report changes in condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
