Job summary

Montezuma Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate care. You will work closely with nurses and the care team to ensure comfort, dignity, and safety in a non-profit, mission-driven environment.

Active CNA certification is required or eligibility. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential, with a strong sense of reliability and a willingness to contribute to a positive care culture.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible)
• A heart for service and a passion for caring for others
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning; monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members
