Job summary

Northridge Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities, providing care with dignity and respect. You will build relationships with residents and work closely with a caring team to ensure comfort and safety.

Starting pay ranges from $16.80 to $18.35 per hour, with evening, night, and weekend differentials, and weekly payroll.

Qualifications

• CNA certification current or eligible in Georgia.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable with a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nurses.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families and staff.
