Job summary

Northridge Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our full-time team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide patient-centered care, and support mobility and transfers with dignity.

We offer competitive wages starting at $16.80 to $18.35 per hour, shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off,

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (GA) or eligible.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
