Job summary

Scott Health & Rehab is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant in Georgia. You will build meaningful relationships with residents and support their daily needs with dignity and respect, within a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

As a CNA, you will assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents, and collaborate with nurses to ensure high-quality care in a non-profit, mission-driven setting that values caregivers and community impact.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Georgia or eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
