Job summary

Azalea Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in our GA facilities.

You will assist with daily living activities, support mobility, monitor resident changes, and collaborate with nurses to ensure safety and quality care. This full-time CNA role offers competitive pay, benefits, and a mission-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification is required and GA eligibility is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
