Job summary

Southland Health & Rehab in Georgia is hiring a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care and support daily living activities with dignity.

You will collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team, maintain a safe environment, and help residents stay comfortable while building meaningful relationships. Starting pay ranges from $18.45 to $21 per hour, with evening/night/weekend differentials and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification (Georgia or eligible).
• Heart for service and passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members
