Eagle Lake is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our long-term care team. The CNA will assist with daily living activities, monitor patients, and support nursing staff to deliver high-quality care.

The ideal candidate has a state-approved CNA training, a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and strong communication. We offer weekend incentives, shift differentials, PTO, and benefits after 60 days.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning, and ambulating patients, and providing fresh water and extra nourishment between meals
• Help patients with personal hygiene, including bedpans, baths, shampoos, and showers
• Provide adjunct care, including ice packs, non-sterile dressings, and therapeutic baths
• Check vital signs and record daily information in patient charts
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed
• Work effectively as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
• Demonstrate a high tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations with a cool head

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant training course
