Job summary

Maine Medical Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) I to provide basic care and support to designated patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This full-time role features day shifts and three 12-hour shifts per week.

Eligible candidates with 0-1 years of CNA experience can qualify for a $2,000 sign-on bonus; 1+ years qualify for $4,000. Part-time hires receive prorated bonuses. MaineHealth offers comprehensive benefits with a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• License/Certifications: Current CNA license in applicable state; BLS certification required or within 30 days of start.
• Experience: Less than six months CNA experience.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
• License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Experience: Less than six months of CNA experience

The pay range for this position is $20.27to $24.36 per hour.
