Job summary

Genesis in Salem, West Virginia, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for a regional float pool. Earn up to $25.00 per hour by delivering quality nursing care across affiliated centers. Expect two shifts weekly with weekend rotation, or full-time hours based on open shifts.

Qualified CNAs must complete a state-approved program, demonstrate English proficiency, and maintain certification with 12 hours of CE. Additional benefits and industry-leading support are offered.

Responsibilities

We have Certified Nursing Assistant -- CNA float nursing pool opportunities available at multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers within a geographic area. Work a minimum of two (2) shifts a week including every other weekend or full-time hours depending on open shifts.

As a Regional Float CNA, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. You will also perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of our patients.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program is required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors at the work site when responding to their medical and physical needs.
• Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn is required.
• Must attend a minimum of 12 hours continuing education programs provided by the center to maintain certification.

Posted Salary Range

USD $22.50 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
